The price depends only on how many vehicles you run. Home Safe checks and alerts are in every plan, never extras.

Minimum R1,800 a month. Every vehicle is charged at the price for your fleet size.

Every plan includes

  • Rider lists on the driver's phone, with check-in that works without signal
  • WhatsApp to riders: "bus 5 minutes away", cancellations, "route disrupted" and a one-tap "I'm home safe" after night shifts, with supervisors alerted if nobody taps
  • Stop arrivals from your vehicle tracker if it's linked (Cartrack and MiX, others on request; how linking works), or from the driver's phone
  • A trip log with headcount and times, backed by evidence your clients can check
  • Month-end invoices to your clients per rider, per km or per route, including tax invoices where your business issues them
  • Service, licence disc, COF, permit and PrDP reminders
  • Snap a photo of a handwritten list and it becomes your rider list

WhatsApp messages

Each vehicle includes 1,000 messages a month, shared across your fleet. That's enough for around 30 regular riders per vehicle. We tell you at 80% and 100%. Extra messages are R350 per 500, on your next invoice. Safety messages (home safe, cancellations and disruptions) are never switched off.

Billing your clients

Invoice up to 5 client companies from ShiftRide. Each extra client is R150 a month. ShiftRide never takes a percentage of your invoices.

Setup

R2,950, plus R250 per vehicle. We load your lists, routes, vehicles and client rates, link your tracker if you have one and we can connect to it, and train your admin.

Paying

One invoice a month by EFT. The amounts on this page are the full amounts; nothing is added on top.

Founding offer for the first 10 operators

Your per-vehicle price is locked for 12 months, the R2,950 setup is on us (R250 per vehicle still applies), and there's no contract: stop any month.
